WEB ORDERS
Call customer service to receive a user name and password to gain access to the many features in your customer portal here on our website. Once you are in your portal, you can search or browse our inventory with up to the minute on hand quantities and add items to either your wish list or your shopping cart. If you have established credit with us, you simply send off your order from your shopping cart. If not, you may pay with a credit card using our secure server.

Leaf Line ELECTRONIC ORDERING
Our Leaf Line electronic ordering program is the fastest way to order and save. Leaf Line orders over $200 net receive a 1.5% discount off of net. You may combine books, recorded media and sidelines on the same order. Call Jon at ext. 3041 or jbennett@newleaf-dist.com to be set up for electronic ordering.

E-file ELECTRONIC ORDERING
E-file is a simple way to order electronically by attaching a text file to an email. E-file orders over $200 net receive a 1.5% discount off of net. You may combine books, recorded media and sidelines on the same order. Call Charlice at ext. 3024 or sr@newleaf-dist.com to be set up for E-file ordering.

PLACING PHONE ORDERS
800-326-2665. The quickest way to give us an order is by ISBN’s or UPC numbers. Please also have the title or name of the product for verification. We can take orders by title or name of the item but that takes more of your time and ours. If you do not have ISBN’s and UPC’s, please have author or artist for confirmation. Please have your customer number when you call.

FAST TRACK PHONE ORDERS
If you have ISBN’s or UPC’s for all of the items on your order and you have no questions or need of further assistance, you may use our ‘fast track’ ordering option. This is the fastest way to place a phone order.

HOURS FOR PHONE ORDERS
Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. Friday 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. ORDERS RECEIVED BY NOON ARE SHIPPED SAME DAY. ALL OTHERS SHIPPED NEXT BUSINESS DAY. PLEASE NOTE: once you close an order and it has been printed, it cannot be recalled on our computer for additions.

FAX ORDERS and WRITTEN ORDERS
Fax 800-326-1066. All orders processed within 24 hours of receipt. Please always include your account number and phone or fax number in case we have any questions. Please give title or description, ISBN or UPC and quantity. If you are sending a confirmation copy of a phone order, this must be clearly indicated to avoid duplication.

PICK-UP ORDERS
Please order 24 hours before pick-up time so that it will be ready when you arrive. NOTE: We are not able to add to your order at the time of pick-up. Please pay with check for COD pick-ups. We have no facility for cash.

STOP ORDERS
WE DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN STOP ORDERS.
