Catalogs are free for book stores and existing New Leaf customers. For others, we charge $50 for the complete set or $15 each. All charges will be credited against your first order upon request. If you do not have an established account with us, please provide your Business Name, Address, Contact Name, Phone Number, E-mail Address, Web Address and Tax Resale #. If you are a new business and have not yet received your tax resale #, please give us your anticipated opening date. Please send credit card information: credit card #, complete address, name on the card, expiration date, and cw # on the back of the card. We take Visa and Mastercard.
